January 12, 2007, following the announcement of the acquisition of La Senza Corporation by Limited Brands in a transaction valued at $710 million CDN MPA handled all real estate related components of the transaction, which successfully closed on January 12^th, 2007. La Senza Corporation now joins the Limited Brand's family of companies, including the famous Victoria's Secret brand.
