Vans - Selective expansion in prime super regional and select regional fashion malls in major markets and prime, brand appropriate high-traffic street locations with complementary co-tenants. Size: 2,700-3,000 sf; minimum 25’ frontage.
Icebreaker - Selective expansion in super regional fashion malls and prime, high-traffic, strong fashion-oriented streets in major markets. Size: 1,000-1,200 sf; Minimum 20’ frontage.
Work Authority - Very selective new stores may be considered in high-traffic power centres and locations with close proximity and visibility to major anchors like Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart and similar. Size: 2,500-4,500 sf; high visibility and pylon signage required.
Timberland - Part of VF family with a strong wholesale business in Canada; stay tuned for possible future store expansion.
