Leasing is the identification, evaluation and negotiation service that is the core, and highest value, business activity offered by MPA to our clients. This term encompasses the integration of all business, analytical and deal making activities. It includes applying and understanding the outcome of the market research, business analysis and specific project opportunities. Landlord relations, opportunities to synergize, so as to yield the most effective possible deal, including size, configuration, positioning, location, terms, timing etc.; as well as chain acquisitions and dispositions are all part of the leasing service. Although we use the expression “leasing”, it also includes the acquisition and/or disposition of freehold properties as well. Leasing is undoubtedly the highest value service offered to our clients.
